By submitting the order form at our web-site and completing the payment you become a party to an agreement between You (the Customer) and CuteEssay.com (the Supplier).
The Customer confirms that all order details, including contact email of the Customer, provided to the Supplier are complete and accurate, and that there is no need to substantially change or update them. The Customer agrees that any additionally required information, which is not available to the Supplier but required for timely completion of the order, will be provided upon request of the Supplier. The Customer agrees that any belated information required for order completion and requested by the Supplier shall be a reasonable excuse for delay in delivery of the order or it's cancellation by the Supplier. Any additional information, materials and information requested by the Supplier shall be sent by the Customer to contact@cuteessay.com with clear indication of the order number. The Supplier is not responsible for delays in order delivery caused by failure of the Customer's Internet service provider or mail servers.
The Supplier is responsible for providing the Customer with a custom essay or other type of academic writing according to the instructions, requirements and specifications of the Customer, and any additionally mutually agreed conditions, and in line with standard product specifications and paper design offered by the Supplier, which are publicly available at the Supplier's web-site. All orders are delivered in a soft copy to the email specified in the order details. In case custom essay or other type of academic writing provided by the Supplier does not soundly meet specified and agreed instructions, requirements and specifications provided by the Customer it is responsibility of the Supplier to provide free of charge revision or revisions within agreed time period upon request of the Customer. Free of charge revision requests shall be submitted by the Customer to the Supplier within the terms specified in the order form (10 days after deadline by default) or other mutually agreed timeframes. The Supplier shall not accept any free of charge revision requests after 10 days from the delivery date or agreed deadline (whichever is the latest). The Supplier shall not accept any free of charge revision requests if the Customer changes the original order details, instructions and/or specifications.
The Supplier does not encourage cheating and plagiarism in any forms. Our services and products shall be subject for subsequent additional research, completion and/or finalization by the Customer. The Supplier shall not be responsible for any academic grades or scores received by the Customer after submitting custom essays or other products provided by the Supplier without further elaboration and completion. The Supplier shall not be responsible for any damages of remedies requested by the Customer, which are directly or indirectly related to the products or services provided by the Supplier. Overall financial responsibility of the Supplier shall be limited by the total amount paid by the Customer for the order. In case the Supplier fails to deliver the order according to the details, instructions and specifications provided by the Customer and fails to revise the custom essay within reasonable time, the Supplier shall be responsible to issue a full refund without any charges to the Customer.
The Supplier shall not disclose any private information or identification of the Customer to any third party, unless required by local or international legislation.
The Supplier reserves the right to cancel any or/and all orders submitted by the Customer due to any reasonable excuse, including inability of the Supplier to deliver order in time and/or meet Customer's instructions. In such case the Supplier shall cancel the order and issue a full refund without any charges to the Customer.
